It was a day of intense walking from temple to temple. The sun was harsh during the day but we were prepared for this historical adventure back to the 12th century. We started off at the magnificent Angkor Wat. We took a 3-hour break in the middle of the day before heading off to Angkor Thom, Takeo and other Bayon temples. Apart from the temples, my little boys enjoyed the sights of the monkeys, of the people playing music as we walked past then, the lake and all the smiling Cambodian children. My kiddos bought their flute and post cards from them. Enjoy the photos below (“,)

Gorgeous pics. Angkor Wat is a delight to photograph. Took one at dawn a long time ago.
Thanks Jim! We did try to catch the sunrise but the TUKTUK broke down and had to change tire on the way to the Angkor temples.:)
