Yesterday was a blast!

When I got home, I relived the moments and had a quiet time, thanking God almighty for all the blessings. I have been to a lot of struggles, I have tasted some bitterness of life, I have been frustrated, I have been to hellish experiences and I also thank God for all those things, for training me to be tough and I believe I am. Right now, this may sound unbelievable but I have to say it….My life is complete and it is wonderful.

It was our 7th wedding anniversary yesterday.  JC was more stunning. My kids looked adorable as always. All my friends were looking more gorgeous with thier outfit. Food was fantastic and I enjoyed the “letson” and the cake very much. Honestly, I was just smiling all the time, I couldn’t help it! I was just…so glad.

4 important things I want to share with you:

1. It’s great to have great friends.

A lot of our close friends helped us with the preparation. Fr. Pen flew from the Philippines to bless our day. Phil, Jaja, Jao, Phoejane, Franco, Archie, Lan, Vanessa and Edgar helped us organized the event and assisted us with our needs. They had spent time for the preparations and made our day truly eventful to us and to all our friends who joined us.

2. Love is an action.

Phil’s speech was very touching. He was right when he said JC set aside his pride to cry for help during time of distress. This was about Ram’s incident last year. Certainly, JC’s love for his sons is without bounds. That’s one of the reasons why I love my husband more each day; he is always passionate about our family and he knows how to show it.

3. When a thing goes wrong, it doesn’t matter.

Actually, many things can irritate us and might be a potential fun-spoiler. I was a bit paranoid thinking, maybe it was too hot or Gosh, there were problems with the Sound System and etc…But no…We were surrounded with amazing people! You wouldn’t notice any glitches when you’re happy you know. It was, indeed a fun night. (“,)

4. We really have to make vows.

The promise of love. (JC sang it once again! ) We do tell each other ” I love you” everyday in person or through texting. We still promise each all the possible and even impossible things. We modify our dreams and we change our bad habits. We help each other in achieving our goals and of course, we are always family-oriented. We also believe that actions speaks louder than words but even if we have known each other for a long time, we might misinterpret each other’s deeds if we don’t actually tell each other what we mean.
